KEY FOR A LASTING BUSINESS
1. Customer satisfaction:
- The purpose of a business is to create and keep a customer. Profit gained is as a result of keeping your customers.
Every business activity should be geared towards customer satisfaction.
- To keep you customers, you must demonstrate high level of credibility. Your credibility is measured through the satisfaction of your customers.
2. Be a long-term thinker.
- Be futuristic in your thinking. Have a plan for the future of your business.
- As a long-term thinker, you must learn to make sacrifices continuously to achieve your long-term plan – Hebrews 12:2.
- Have a plan of what your business would be like in the next 50years of its existence.
3. Engage in solving problems.
- The ability of your business to solve a problem determines the relevance of your business.
- The most valuable businesses are those committed to solving problems continually.
- The continuity of your business is determined by its ability to solve problems.
4. Pursue integrity instead of money.
- It takes integrity to last in business.
- The development of character is the greatest asset of any business man - Psalm 25:21.
- Integrity is living in complete truth with yourself and others. It helps you to resist temptations.
- Integrity is not a gift but is consciously developed.
- You must avoid short-term gains to receive your long-term benefits.
HOW TO SATISFY CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS
a. Ensure you meet the customers’ expectations on time.
In meeting customers expectation, you must ensure you do it in a timely manner.
b. Strive to exceed customers’ expectations.
In your deliverables as a business, ensure you go beyond your customers’ expectations.
You must be born again to experience exploits. Say a prayer of salvation in faith today and I see you swim in exploits in Jesus Name.
