Education is the bedrock of any developed society. Without quality education, the future of our children can never guaranteed.
Speaking to a group of Academics who paid a courtesy visit to him today the 7th of March 2019, Obong Nsima Ekere reiterated that “the new school system of our dream must reflect our ambition to raise global leaders of tomorrow in public administration, science and technology”
Making reference to his Manifesto, Obong Nsima Ekere said “if our children must be great, and their days glorious, we must build the foundation for their future greatness today”.
He further assured the people that the present school curriculum will be reviewed to reflect 21st century realities.
He said “we will computerise the teaching and learning processes in our schools and tweak our educational curriculum to favour the skills and competencies demanded by the modern world who supports our ambition to raise world leaders”.
