LG Poll: NAC Concludes Primaries ...Advocates Free, Credible Elections


As the National Action Council (NAC) concludes her primaries to file in candidates for the December 2 local government elections in the state, the state Chairman of the party,  Elder Fred Obot has called on AKISIEC to ensure free, fair and credible election that will give a fair chance to all political parties.
Elder Obot made the call while fielding questions from journalists at the party office, 43 Idoro road  Uyo, yesterday.
According to him, " NAC has carefully selected candidates that will undoubtedly win the hearts of the masses in the forthcoming elections as different from the practice in other political parties."
Elder Obot boasted that with the calibres of candidates presented by the party,  it will not be a surprise that NAC will sweep the election in the entire 31 local government Council of the state.
He called on security agencies to give maximum protection of election materials to ensure that the rights of the electorates is respected.
The NAC chairman also urged political parties to shun campaign of columny and look towards wining the election.
